What's the difference between a conversation and a message?
Meta charges by conversation, not individual messages. A conversation is a 24-hour window opened by either a business or a user message. Within that window you can send unlimited messages at no extra charge. MSGTODAY shows both your message count and conversation count in the dashboard.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
You can use an existing number only if it is not currently active on the WhatsApp consumer app or WhatsApp Business app. If it is, it must be migrated (removing it from the consumer app first). MSGTODAY supports both fresh registrations and number migrations.
How long does template approval take?
Meta typically reviews template submissions within a few minutes to 24 hours. Template approval time can vary based on template category (Utility, Marketing, Authentication) and Meta's current review queue. MSGTODAY sends you an email notification as soon as the status changes.

Yes, but only to users who have opted in to receive messages from your business. Bulk messages must use approved templates. MSGTODAY provides a campaign sender tool with rate-limiting controls to keep your quality score healthy.
What is your data residency policy?
By default, account and metadata is stored in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Enterprise customers can request EU or US data residency. Message content is never stored on MSGTODAY infrastructure — it transits encrypted and is immediately discarded after delivery acknowledgement from Meta.
